We offer private and professional medication management services for individuals struggling with dependency and addiction to opioid and other substances. Appointments are one-on-one with a health care provider concentrating on the individual, and work together through the process of recovery and remission. We focus on the development of skills and positive lifestyle changes necessary to achieve personal healthcare goals. Care is individualized to the patient and a collaborative practice model is incorporated to ensure patients have all their medical and psychological needs are met.
