About Mir Healthcare Services, LLC
Mir is an office based one on one environment. We accept patients who would like achieve remission from substance addiction and dependency, as well as patients who are seeking alternate medication treatment for chronic pain conditions.

About Our Provider
Kelly Wagner DNP, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of healthcare experience. Kelly earned her Master's degree in 2015, and her Doctoral degree in 2019, from Walden University. Before that, she spent her time as a Registered Nurse and patient advocate in emergency medicine. She is a board-certified FNP and addiction certified. She is passionate about the individual and their family, which is why she utilizes a holistic approach.
